The EU deeply regrets the March 5 incident in Karabakh, which resulted in the death of at least five people, reads a statement by Lead Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Peter Stano.

The statement notes that the EU called for a full investigation of what happened, and also appealed to all parties concerned to exercise restraint and avoid any further actions that could undermine regional stability and jeopardize the peace process.
