UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy welcomed the conclusion of negotiations on the draft text of a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Addressing Parliament, Lammy praised the progress and urged both sides to finalize the agreement without delay.

"Armenia and Azerbaijan have completed negotiations on a historic peace agreement. We welcome this milestone and call on both parties to move forward with signing it as soon as possible," Lammy said.

On March 13, the foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Armenia released a joint statement confirming the completion of negotiations on the draft Agreement on Peace and the Establishment of Interstate Relations between the two countries.
