MES Deputy Minister: Topkhana forest ruined by Armenians will be restored

The Topkhana forest, located in the liberated territories and once destroyed by Armenians, will be restored, said Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Vugar Karimov.

The Deputy Minister said that security measures should be taken in the area for this purpose: "The famous Topkhana forest was cut down and transported by Armenians, and phosphorus shells were thrown into the area and started fires. Rehabilitation of these forests will begin after these areas are cleared of mines and security is ensured."
