At first, we thought the singer was simply dabbling in extreme sideboob, but it soon emerged that her entire bosom was on show once the frills moved to the side – which happened instantly, by the way.

We're not sure we can even label this wardrobe malfunction a nip slip, considering Rihanna was well aware that her boobs were on display.

Hey, at least this top was less of a burden than her Met Gala red carpet look.

The 27-year-old attended last night's Met Gala in a golden Guo Pei robe with a train so long it swallowed up the red carpet.

Needing four men to assist her with the weight of the cape, Riri draped the regal robe around her body to cover a teeny pink strapless frock, while accessorising with a stunning gold headress.

However, while Rihanna's eye-popping ensemble was perfect for the fashion event and fitted the "China: Through The Looking Glass" theme, the sheer size of the coat was a meme waiting to happen.

This morning, poor Riri saw her intricate outfit being compared to a freshly made omelette and a gigantic pizza as fans rushed to mock the yellow robe.

Still, we doubt the B*tch Better Have My Money singer will care too much, considering the attention her show-stopping outfit attracted.

At the gala, Rihanna said: "I’m so in love with this dress, but the train is insane! I can’t really walk in it without any help. But it’s so worth it. I love this dress so much! It’s Chinese couture and it’s made by Guo Pei.
