SOCAR Turkey Energy sells one more part of its share in Petkim

SOCAR Turkey Energy has sold its share worth TRY 152 million in Petkim Petrochemical Holding A.S .

The face value of shares made up 4.35 lira, quantity – 35,000,000.

 

"So, SOCAR Turkey Energy’s share reduced from 54.65% to 53.32%. The 51 percent share of SOCAR Turkey Petro chemistry A.S in Petkim remained unchanged. The shares we directly own reduced from 3.65% to 1.32%”, the company said.
