Shares of the facility belonged to Azersun Holding to be sold at IPO

Azersun Holding Group of Company intends to put Azerbaijan Sugar Production Union's 30-40% shares for sale in an IPO, Chief Executive Officer of Azersun Holding Savash Uzan told reporters.
"This task is for mid-term perspective. We can start this process by the end of the next year" said Savash Uzan.
He mentioned IPO is planned to be hold in London and Baku stock exchanges. Azerbaijan Sugar Production Union was established in 2006.
The main asset of the Union is Imishli Factory with annual capacity of 700,000 tones of sugar. The value of the factory make up 300 m Euro.
