Azeri c.bank says aims to make manat's rate manageable and stable

The Azeri central bank aims to make the rate of the manat national currency manageable and stable, central bank head Elman Rustamov said on Monday.
   
The central bank cut the key rate to 13 from 15 percent earlier on Monday.
