The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has started supplying gas to Croatia from September 1, reported from SOCAR sources.

The delivery of Azerbaijani gas to Croatia through PPD and MET Group companies, ahead of the winter season, is a significant step towards expanding energy cooperation between the two countries.

With this development, Croatia becomes the tenth country to receive Azerbaijani gas, joining Türkiye, Georgia, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, and Slovenia.
