Azerbaijan sets Sept 12 currency rates

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan set the manat at 1.7000 to the dollar, 1.9934 to the euro, 2.0047 to 100 Russian rubles and 0.0411 to the Turkish lira on Sept. 12.
