The affordable mobile operator Nar took part in the conference titled “NGO Participation in the Private Sector’s CSR Policy: Practices and Approaches”, where the development of national experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and cooperation opportunities between companies and NGOs were discussed. The event was organized by the Azerbaijan National NGO Forum and the “Prioritet” Social-Economic Research Center with the financial support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations.

The three-day event brought together leading companies, banks, business associations, as well as representatives of specialized NGOs. Speakers emphasized that CSR is not limited to social actions, but is an integral part of strategic business management. At the conference held within the framework of the event, Hokuma Karimova, Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications at Nar, delivered a presentation on the company’s CSR approach, cooperation mechanisms with NGOs, and project monitoring practices, sharing her views on future collaboration opportunities.

It should be noted that Nar develops its CSR activities as a strategic direction aimed at creating long-term social value. The mobile operator supports sustainable initiatives in inclusivity, education development, national cultural heritage, and patriotism, while placing special emphasis on expanding social projects across the regions. The company considers cooperation with NGOs as a key partnership model for ensuring more effective implementation of social initiatives.

Currently serving 2.2 million subscribers, Nar has been the leading mobile operator in Azerbaijan for the past six years, based on the Customer Loyalty Index. This success is driven by Nar’s consistently implemented customer-centric strategy. The mobile operator provides users with reliable, high-quality communication services, a variety of internet packages, and modern eSim technology at affordable prices.
