23.04.2026 17:19

Bir, the region’s first fully integrated digital ecosystem, is strengthening the role of women in technology.

With the aim of expanding women’s participation in the tech sector, unlocking their potential, and creating real growth opportunities, Bir is launching the “Ctrl is hers” program.

The program is designed to support women aspiring to build careers in data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, programming, cloud technologies, and other digital fields.

“Ctrl is hers” goes beyond equipping participants with knowledge and skills – it aims to foster strong female talent within the country’s digital ecosystem and contribute to a more inclusive technology environment.

The program is open to female students pursuing degrees in technology-related fields, recent graduates, women seeking to transition their careers into tech, as well as professionals already working in technical roles.

Participants will receive training in both technical and soft skills, while also working on practical projects and gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment.

Those who achieve high results at the end of the program will be eligible for internship opportunities within Bir, as well as mentorship support and broader career development prospects.

Application deadline: May 23, 2026
