Poland's new government honors late president

Poland's incoming conservative government has honored the late president, Lech Kaczynski, their party's co-founder, before being sworn in later in the day.
The right-wing cabinet of Prime Minister Beata Szydlo is taking power Monday, after the Law and Justice party won enough parliament seats in elections last month to rule alone. Kaczynski, who was killed in a plane crash in 2010, was the twin brother of the party leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski, who masterminded the electoral victory.
President Andrzej Duda, who comes from the same party, will take their oath at the presidential palace.
Szydlo and her ministers laid a wreath at a plaque to Kaczynski, and plan to lay flowers at the French Embassy in memory of terror attacks' victims.
