North Korea to launch long-range missile WITHIN DAYS

North Korea to launch long-range missile WITHIN DAYS
29.05.2020 03:06
Satellite imagery suggest the trigger-happy Kim Jong-un may be preparing to conduct a ballistic missile launch from the Dongchang-ri launch site, in the country's northwest.

A Japanese government source claimed the Communist country's military could be ready for blast off within a week.

North Korea – which claimed to have successfully tested an H-bomb earlier this month – threatened to unleash "hundreds of megatons" of nukes to "wipe out" the US a fortnight ago.

Security experts have warned it is developing advanced rocket technology – capable of reaching the mainland US – with a series of tests.

The US and the UN Security Council are working on a new set of sanctions on Pyongyang to punish the regime for its January 6 nuclear test – which triggered an earthquake.

But analysis of satellite imagery gathered over the past few days suggests the defiant Hermit Kingdom is readying itself for a new outrage.

The paranoid nation carried out a successful ballistic missile launch in 2012.

That test sparked fears that the North had moved closer to ultimately developing nuclear-tipped missiles – which could reach the mainland United States.

The country has so far conducted four underground nuclear tests in 2006, 2009, 2013 and this month.

Hydrogen bombs are a much more sophisticated – and more dangerous – kind of nuclear weapon.

The US has questioned North Korea's claim it successfully tested an H-bomb.
