ISIS responsible for Russian car explosion that killed 2 and injured 17

Some 17 other police personal and citizens were seriously injured after a car bomb was detonated near Derbent in the southern Russian Republic of Dagestan today (February 15).
A police officer had pulled the driver over to check their papers at the checkpoint when a powerful blast incinerated four parked vehicles.
A harrowing video posted online shows the scene after the massive explosion, with black smoke billowing from cars and buildings crumbling.
Cops say the alleged perpetrator, a university student, was identified and his dad's home had been cordoned off.
A police source revealed the surname of the suspect.
He said: "The identity of a man who detonated an explosive device near the police checkpoint… in Dagestan has been preliminarily established. He is A. Talibov, 23."
But evil ISIS — also known as Daesh — fighters since claimed responsibility of the blast in a tweet.
It suggests a local terrorist group, which call themselves "Yuzhdag" (short for Southern Dagestan), was used for the job.
Federal sources say Yuzhdag are comprised of ten members.
The startling claim comes after sick ISIS claimed responsibility for the cowardly spree of bombs and shootings in Indonesia in January that killed seven people.
And ISIS also said it masterminded the horrific terrorist attacks in Paris in November, which killed 130 citizens.
Some Paris gunmen — one aged just 15 — were refugees who fled Syria, it emerged.
