Inside terror school where toddlers taught to kill by beheading teddy bears

At one stage a child toddles quickly into a sitting room, carving off a white teddy’s head with a knife and being encouraged to shout "Allahu Akbar.

In the same compilation, a row of bowing children mock an execution and pretend to play dead when they are "shot" with a toy gun.

"Those kids are a whole generation that’s lost," said Sarmad al Jilane, who works for activist group Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently.

"There are a lot of suicide bombers that Daesh have orchestrated – as well as brainwashing the children."

Speaking to Sky News, he added: "They place them in the front line of battles and if they are killed then they are considered to be protecting Daesh lives."

The blurry piece of footage is not thought to have been produced by ISIS media specialists but has been shared on an ISIS-supporting Twitter account.

The extremist terrorist organisation – also called Daesh – has made a habit of using children in disturbing propaganda videos.

A video emerged last week of four-year-old south east London boy Isa Dare – dubbed Jihadi Junior – apparently blowing up four spies sitting in a car.
