Baghdad market bombings kill 28

Two blasts rocked a busy outdoor market in eastern Baghdad on Sunday, killing at least 33 people, al-Iraqia TV reported.
Police officials said a motorcycle rigged with explosives and a suicide bomber caused the explosions, which injured at least 71 people in the predominantly Shiite district of Sadr City.
In a statement released by its media wing, ISIS claimed responsibility for what it described as two suicide bomb attacks.
