ISIS sex slave burns her face off to become 'too ugly' for death cult rapists

She was raped hundreds of times before she escaped to a refugee camp.

After being freed she was plagued with horrific nightmares about ISIS rapists lurking outside her tent ready to pounce.

Waking up one night from one of these dreams, the panic-stricken teen doused herself in petrol before torching herself in a bid to become "too ugly to be assaulted again".

Dr Jan Ihan Kizilhan, a German medic who met the girl in the refugee camp, said: "She had no nose, no ears left.

"This is one of those cases I'll always have on my mind."

Dr Kizilhan had the girl flown to Germany immediately, fearing she might not survive because she had suffered 80% burns to her body and was in unimaginable pain.

She remains in hospital there.

But after more than a dozen agonising operations she still needs 30 more types of skin and bone surgery.

Dr Kizilhan added: "ISIS sold her eight times during the ten months she was held hostage, and raped her hundreds of times.

"This is one of the cases I always have in my mind."

The tragedy comes as it emerged that ISIS – also known as Daesh – has used a little girl in its horrific executions, a sickening new low for the apocalyptic death cult.

Tragically, Dr Kizilhan said despite her horrific injuries the girl feels better to be away from Syria.

He said: "They need the feeling of security. That is not easy after what they have experienced."

In a bid to treat disturbed former ISIS sex slaves the doctor is running a £73 million counselling project in the German state of Baden-Württemberg for more than 1,000 saved Yazidi women and girls.Nearly 3,500 Yazidi women and children are still being held in northern Iraq and Syria by ISIS.

The murderous fanatics considers the ancient community heretical and has vowed to destroy it.

The United Nations has described the ISIS attack on the Yazidi as a possible genocide.
