Desperate ISIS 'killing own wounded fighters' to sell organs for CASH

The sick terrorists are so desperate for funds they have resorted to selling body parts from their own soldiers.
The shocking claims were made by Arabic-speaking al-Sabah newspaper.
It said: "Doctors were threatened to take out the body organs of a wounded ISIL militant."
And the brutal terror group is even forcing its prisoners to give blood.
El Mondo, the Spanish Daily, has also reported that Islamic State are using the body organs of its captives for transplantation.
According to the report, the terror group is postponing execution of its captives to use their blood as much as possible.
Cash-strapped ISIS have suffered major setbacks in recent weeks, which have severely damaged their finances.
It has been claimed 2,500 of their fighters are killed or flee each month as coalition strikes continue to hit their targets.
Deputy US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said: "Working by, with and through local partners we have taken back 40% of the territory that Daesh controlled a year ago in Iraq and 10% in Syria.
"We assess Daesh's numbers are the lowest they've been since we began monitoring their manpower in 2014."
The news comes as major territory losses and RAF air strikes cut jihadi income by a third.
ISIS have continued to stoop to sickening lows in the Iraqi city of Mosul, after reportedly slaughtering 250 women - for refusing sex slavery.
Said Mamusini, an official from the Kurdistan Democratic Party, said: "At least 250 girls have so far been executed by ISIS for refusing to accept the practice of sexual jihad, and sometimes the families of the girls were also executed for rejecting to submit to ISIS's request."
