Iran crowned Shiraz Wrestling World Cup

Iranian national team of Greco-Roman wrestling win over Russia at final of Greco-Roman World Cup in Shiraz to claim the title of the competitions.


The event kicked off in Iran's Shiraz on Thursday morning and Iranian wrestlers, after defeating Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Turkey, reached the final to fight against the Russian athletes.


While Turkey gained the third place, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Germany ranked fifth to eighth, respectively.
