SOCAR to put its bonds on sale today

The circulation period of these bonds will make 5 years and the annualized gain will reach 5%.

According to Oxu.Az, the nominal cost of a bond amounts to $1000.

Only Azerbaijani citizens and local companies can purchase the bonds in their initial placement.

SOCAR guarantees the liquidity of the issued bonds and the possibility to sell it any time.

In addition, there is a chance to get these bonds for foreign individuals and legal entities from their owners at the secondary market.

The applications for the bond purchase will be accepted until October 10, 2016. The bonds will be sold via Kapital Bank, ASAN Services No 1 and No 5. The marketmakers services will be offered by investment companies AzFinance, InvestAZ, PASHA Kapital and PSG Kapital.
