Turkey wants to bring cooperation with Russia to higher than pre-crisis level

Turkish authorities are determined to enhance cooperation with Russia and bring it to a higher level than before the downing of a Russian Su-24 combat plane over Syria, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Chavushoglu.

"We have the determination and political will to further strengthen and deepen our cooperation, even better than before the incident," Cavusoglu stated on the margins of the UN General Assembly.
