Turkiye supports the peaceful settlement of existing conflicts, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in a televised speech after a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to him, Ankara holds a constructive position in the international arena and has taken there its rightful place after two world wars.

He also noted that Turkiye is making every effort to make itself one of the ten largest economies in the world.

Erdogan reaffirmed his country's commitment to achieving its 2023 goals.

The head of state said that $198 billion is planned to be invested in the development of railway, road, sea, and air communications infrastructure in Turkiye by 2053.
