Erdogan: West began to agree with Turkiye’s idea to reform UN Security Council

Western countries began to agree with the Turkish idea of the need to reform the UN Security Council, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the congress of the ruling Justice and Development Party.
"The proposal to reform the UN Security Council, which we have been putting forward for many years, looks successful. The world is more than five permanent member countries of the Security Council. Now they themselves have begun to talk about it. They say that it is necessary to reform the UN Security Council,” he noted.
