New Zealand imposes sanctions against 44 Russian and Belarus enterprises

New Zealand has imposed sanctions against 44 companies from Russia and Belarus, including against Gazprom and Belarus defense enterprises, New Zealand's Nanaia Mahuta said, reported from Interfax.
"These latest sanctions covered 44 organizations, including six Belarusian defense enterprises. The New Zealanders will be banned from engaging with these companies," she said.
The sanctions also covered organizations engaged in the production of weapons and military equipment. The enterprises covered by sanctions are strategically important for Russia since they ensure crude, infrastructure, communication, transport, weapons, and financing.
