UN Secretary-General calls on Russia and Ukraine to end bloody war

"The world seriously needs to solve the global food security problem," UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said in his speech in Istanbul before the signing of the agreement on grain export between Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, and the UN representatives.

"Both sides must end the bloody war. People die. I hope that the light of hope in the Black Sea will be a step towards ending the problem," he said.
