Ukrainian Defense Ministry says turning point in war has already begun

The turning point in the war has already begun, said the head of the General Intelligence Department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Major General Kyrylo Budanov, reported from Ukrinform.

"Russians have started to understand that their army is not that strong. They realized that their air defense systems were not very good and that their army was not capable of ‘protecting’ the temporarily occupied Ukrainian lands,” he said.
