Stoltenberg: Russian missile attacks on Ukrainian cities are because of defeat

"Russia is being defeated. This is why it launches missile strikes across Ukraine," NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said, reported Sky News.

"Rocket attacks on cities and civilian infrastructure deprive Ukrainians of heat and food. The war started by Russia is costing us financially and Ukraine in blood."

Stoltenberg said that Russia must not be allowed to win: "In this case, we will be in greater danger. Therefore, support to Ukraine is in the interests of our security."
