Turkish ombudsman: Ankara hopes for opening of humanitarian corridor between Russia and Ukraine

Ankara hopes for the opening of a humanitarian corridor between Russia and Ukraine through Turkiye's mediation.
The so-called "reunification corridor" will be created to help the affected children, women and the wounded, Turkish Ombudsman Seref Malkoc said, reported from A Haber.
"After the 'grain corridor' we have the intention to assist in the opening of the corridor for the reunification of families, women, children and the wounded," he said.
Malkoc hopes that the meeting of the Ombudsmen of Turkiye, Russia and Ukraine in Ankara will help find solutions for the reunification of civilians affected by the crisis.
