Sec.-Gen.: Sweden completely fulfills its commitments to join NATO

Stockholm has completely fulfilled its commitments to join NATO, and there should be no obstacles on its way to the alliance, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on April 4 at a press conference on Finland’s accession to NATO, reported from TASS.

"We are in close contact with Ankara to speed up the ratification of the protocol on Sweden’s accession to NATO. Sweden has fully met all the conditions for entry, there should be no obstacles in its path,” he noted.
