Spain to host traumatized children of Ukraine war during summer holidays

Spain is spearheading a Europe-wide campaign to arrange summer holidays for Ukrainian children, many of whom have been traumatized by months of Russian bombardment, reported from The Times.
"I think it’s a great idea,” Nadia Calviño, Spain’s first deputy prime minister, told The Times. "Especially as we have some experience already in bringing Ukrainian children from the Chernobyl area to stay with Spanish families.”
