At least 4 killed in Russian attacks on Kherson province

The Russian army shelled the Ukrainian city of Kherson last night, said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of Kherson Military Province Administration.

According to him, 4 people died and 7 were injured in the attack.

One of the injured is a child.
