Mykhailo Podoliak: Ukraine made some tactical mistakes in summer counteroffensives

Ukraine made some tactical mistakes in summer counteroffensives, said Mykhailo Podolyak, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

He said that this is why there were certain problems: "Yes, there were certain tactical mistakes; the military and political leadership are talking about it."

Podoliak emphasized that he agrees with the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine chief, Kyrylo Budanov: "Ukraine cannot be satisfied with defense alone to win. There should be an exact, concrete strategy."

According to the adviser of the President's Office, official Kyiv should take an active offensive.
