Trump's statements about NATO make Estonia worried
19.02.2024 13:00
Former US President Donald Trump's statements regarding Russia's plans to encourage attacks on the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries have caused concern among European politicians, especially in Estonia, according to The Times.

According to the source, Director General of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service Kaupo Rosin, commenting on Trump's words, said that such statements are never helpful.

At the end of January, the commander of the Estonian Defense Forces, Martin Herem, said that after Russia has achieved its goals in Ukraine, it will spend only one year to restore itself. According to him, the Russian Federation may attack Estonia sooner or later, which the Baltic country is not ready for.
